To ensure an easy process regarding availability & booking we use a central booking calendar system hosted by Rental Systems.
This gives you the opportunituy of viewing a full 12 month availability calendar with prices and gives you the option of booking securely on line with debit/credit cards.
When booking through Rental Systems you will pay an £8 booking charge to Rental Systems as part of the booking process. However, we feel that we should stand this cost and have therefore reduced our overall rental charge to ensure that this booking fee is borne by us.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque/postal order then please e mail us with your details and requirements and we can arrange to take payment by an alternative method.
During the booking process there will be a £150 breakage deposit taken when you pay for the rental in full. Providing that their is no breakages or damages, this deposit will be returned to you within 7 days from the end of your rental and will be put back on your debit/credit card or returned by cheque if you chose to pay by this method initially.
