This spacious new apartment is luxuriously appointed, with marble flooring, central heating & air conditioning throughout, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Outside the apartment, the communal gardens are great for a spot of peaceful sunbathing and the covered south facing terrace provides shade in the morning and captures the sun from around 2pm in the afternoon.

The lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished and has a leather corner suite, FST TV, DVD and stereo system. The apartment has full cable TV allowing you to enjoy a variety of British and Spanish channels including Sky Sports, Sky News & Movie Channels. There is a 1.5m dining table with four leather chairs and large sliding doors with electrically operated security blinds which open up onto the terrace with lovely views over the landscaped gardens and water feature which provides a beautifully relaxing atmosphere for ‘al fresco’ dining or for those quieter moments. The Terrace is equipped with a table and four comfortable chairs.

 

 

Kitchen

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms have two top quality single leather bed frames with top end ‘Kaymed’ memory foam mattresses which ensure you will be comfortable during your stay.Both bed rooms have built in wardrobes with hangers with hanging ‘box storage’ and bedside tables with lamps. Electrically operated security blinds are fitted externally to the main bed room window with a manual security blind to the second bed room. Beds are provided with both top sheets and quilts for your comfort.

 

 

Bathrooms

The en suite bathroom to the main bedroom has a bath, shower, shower screen, built in hand basin with under storage cupboard, mirror, WC, marbled floors and walls. The second bathroom has a superb shower, shower screen, WC, sink basin with under storage, mirror, marbled floors and walls.
